Trained in Southern California and guided by a deep respect for holistic healing, I approach massage therapy as a collaborative and intentional practice. Each session begins with listening, taking the time to understand your individual needs and goals so treatment can be both effective and supportive. My work integrates therapeutic bodywork with mindful awareness, including gentle guidance on breath, movement, and areas of the body that may benefit from strengthening or continued care. I believe true relaxation and healing occur when the body and mind are addressed together.
